I'm Sandeep, a data Scientist based in Vienna.
I combine my background in Physics- Neuroscience-Networks- Data Science to analyse social systems. I seek platforms where data-driven research can incorporate insights from a networks perspective and inform policy decisions and drive systems towards prosocial behavior.
In my research, I study drivers of in sports, science, and game development. I have also looked at success in funding acquisitions. My most recent research informing determinants of funding performance in European Union was published in Nature. All my scholarly works can be found here.
For organizations, I consult as an expert in team performance. I have delved into performance in competitive world of sports to that of science 📊 and game development 🎮. Insights I generate are data-driven, and tools I build are generalizable to any organizaional team.
